pkpk22 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between pkpk22 platform (referred to as the "platform") and all players who access and use it. By accessing pkpk22, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.

This document is written in Myanmar language so that players can understand it clearly. Any amendments made from time to time will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly to stay informed of the latest changes.

1.1 Age Requirement

The pkpk22 platform is only available to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to open an account, play games, or withdraw any prizes or winnings. The platform may at any time request a National ID or NRC to verify the relevant age.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one account on pkpk22. Opening multiple accounts using the same address, phone number, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the second account will be closed and any prizes or bonuses earned may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

Information provided when opening an account (name, date of birth, phone number, etc.) must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals from accounts registered with false information may be refused and those accounts may be closed.

1.4 Account Security

Players must keep their account password strictly confidential and must not share it with anyone. If a third party accesses your account, you are personally responsible for any losses that result. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the pkpk22 support team immediately.

2.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

For any payment method — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer — the minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 10–45 minutes of the request, but may take longer during bank maintenance periods or on bank holidays.

2.3 Payment Verification

The bank account or mobile wallet number used for deposits must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted. If a third-party payment is detected, the withdrawal may be held and additional proof may be requested.

2.4 Cashback

Once a player has deposited funds, cashback can only be issued after the relevant wagering conditions have been met. To request cashback, contact the 24/7 support team. pkpk22's decision on cashback is final.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

pkpk22 offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks for first-time depositors. For example — if a player deposits 20,000 Ks, they receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, the bonus amount of 24,000 Ks must be wagered 15 times (24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks).

Second example — if a player deposits 180,000 Ks, they receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks only (per the maximum cap), giving a balance of 280,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

If a player is found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular play (Bonus Abuse), the platform will void the bonus funds and may close the account if necessary.

3.4 Right to Refuse

pkpk22 may suspend or modify any bonus offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Until a bonus is awarded, the terms displayed on the platform apply.

4.1 Play Agreement

Before playing any game on pkpk22, players are responsible for ensuring their connection is stable, checking the amount they intend to bet in advance, and understanding the rules of the game.

4.2 Technical Malfunction

pkpk22 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a software or server malfunction. Jackpots triggered by an error cannot be paid out. In such cases, the player's deposited stake will be refunded.

4.3 Game Outcomes

The result of each game is generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so no player can predict any outcome in advance. pkpk22 guarantees fair play.

4.4 Game Cancellation

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a server fault, connection failure, or other technical issue, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkpk22—

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Deliberately manipulating games using bots, unauthorized software, or hacking methods
• Attempting to claim bonuses using more than one account
• Contracting a third party to play on your account
• Threatening staff or other players with offensive language
• Committing violations of gambling-related laws

If any of these violations are found, pkpk22 has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance, and will take legal action if necessary.

pkpk22 VIP members can progress through 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on their gaming history.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2% per week
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4% per week
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6% per week
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8% per week
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0% per week

VIP level advancement depends on the player's gaming history and loyalty to the platform. Cashback will be credited to the account on the designated day each week.

pkpk22 reserves the right to modify cashback terms without prior notice.

Personal information provided by players is protected by pkpk22 using SSL encryption. This information will only be used to improve services and meet legal requirements, and will not be sold to third parties.

8.1 Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must notify the support team and may withdraw any remaining balance (funds that have met wagering requirements).

8.2 Closure by Platform

If pkpk22 finds that these terms have been violated, financial fraud has been committed, or a player is under 21, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice. Whether any remaining balance is accessible will depend on the circumstances at the time.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you may be developing a gambling problem, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the pkpk22 support team under the Responsible Gaming policy.

All designs, software, graphics, logos, marketing materials, and content on pkpk22 are the property of pkpk22. Copying, distributing, or editing any of these without written permission from pkpk22 is strictly prohibited.

Data generated by players during gameplay (scores, game history) is also considered property of the platform, and players do not have the right to copy or display it.

pkpk22 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's gambling losses, loss of income, or damages caused by external factors unrelated to the software.

The platform is provided on an "As-Is" basis, and pkpk22 cannot be held responsible for losses that occur during temporary platform downtime due to technical reasons. However, pkpk22 will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible.
